For the past 18 years Caroline Mol has helped organisations—from start-ups to Fortune 500s to Academia—enter new markets, adopt emerging technologies and innovative solutions, and build high-performing multicultural teams. She held various roles at Deloitte Consulting in India, the Netherlands and at Deloitte’s global technology services before joining the UN World Food Programme on a digital-inclusion mandate. From 2015 she served as Regional Director and founder of edX EMEA, where she built the European and Latin American partner network and shaped product-localisation strategies that helped extend the platform to 76 million learners.
Caroline’s client portfolio spans leading universities (Oxford University, IESE, ETH, EPFL and Universidad de Anahuác) and organisations such as Rolls-Royce, Lufthansa Technik, State bank of India and the Raspberry Pi Foundation. She currently advises the European Institute of Innovation & Technology’s Deep Tech Talent Initiative, an initiative funded by the European Union designed to train one million Europeans in cutting-edge technologies by 2025.
Armed with an MSc in Organisational Psychology, she also completed Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and the Amsterdam School of Business’s AI in Business course. A passionate educator, she lectures on leadership development at IE University (Spain) and innovation and change management at LUISS Business School (Italy), is frequently invited as a speaker or moderator and is an avid MOOC user, continually refining her generative-AI expertise.
Leaders value her engaging, evidence-based facilitation style—combining experience and empathy with infectious energy—and her commitment to amplifying women’s voices in tech and entrepreneurship.
