Laura Rojo is a seasoned Leadership & Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of international experience spanning Executive Education, Global Management Education, Corporate Training, Higher Education and Consulting. As Executive Consultant, Facilitator, and Adjunct Professor, Laura works with global clients to unlock the potential of their talent, teams and organization through customized programs that deliver developmental and business impact. Laura´s comprehensive experience and methodologies are fueled by having worn the managerial, executive, teaching, and consulting hats – together with a diverse and robust academic and training background.

With over 20 years of experience in Global Management Education, Executive Education, Corporate Training, Higher Education and Consulting – as an international executive, as well as educator – Laura has worked with international markets across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and the Americas in roles spanning the areas of: program design and development; program management; facilitation, training, coaching and teaching; international business development; global recruitment; consulting; and strategic partnerships and projects.

Having led top-ranked global MBA and Executive programs, and managed various programs and program portfolios (business units) for top international Business Schools – in full-time, part-time, online, modular and blended formats – Laura has been appointed multiple times for roles specifically created in order to implement innovation, and lead change and transformation. Laura has initiated and managed change processes, and led teams and units through strategic change across various dimensions, namely: innovation; design and curriculum; operations; internationalization and BD; cultural change and team development.

During her global career, Laura has worked with many executives, teams and corporate organizations, supporting their leadership development, strategy and innovation, and various organizational transformation processes. Through her work in the areas of training design, teaching, coaching, facilitation, and consulting, Laura helps leadership teams and organizations around the world to ´create´, ´transform´, and ´develop´. Supported by the integration of diverse innovative methodologies, and incorporating insights, knowledge and experience from across multiple disciplines, Laura´s work carefully tends to the holistic nature of humans to generate impact for individuals, groups and organizations.

Laura has lived in multiple countries – including the US, Canada, Spain, UK, The Netherlands, and Denmark. As a life-long learner herself, and a global citizen, she continues to be curious about the world and our global civilization – and passionate about human development and creating an impact.
