Dr. Lucrecia Grandolini is an accomplished organizational psychologist with over 15 years of global experience at the intersection of leadership development, organizational transformation, and human wellbeing. Her career spans financial sector and management consulting, where she has led high-impact initiatives to equip leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change.

Most recently, Lucrecia served as Global Head of Learning at Investec, where she drove strategic capability building initiatives across a wide portfolio including AI, ESG, business skills, and leadership development globally. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant at Deloitte in London, UK, and as a clinical therapist in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lucrecia holds an Ed.D. in Learning and Leadership from University of Pennsylvania (awarded distinction), an MSc. In Organizational and Social Psychology from London School of Economics (awarded distinction), and a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Católica Argentina (awarded suma cum laude).

She is a published author on topics at the forefront of leadership and human development including emotional self-regulation, relational leadership, and thriving under uncertainty. She is also an active speaker having delivered talks at Financial Times, IE Business School, and Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
