Marcella Sarno is a corporate wellness and leadership coach, facilitator, and educator with over 20 years of global experience in executive development, business development, integrative health, and experiential learning. She held senior roles at Deloitte—where she launched and led the Executive Development division in Belgium—and at Forever Living Products, overseeing sales strategy and talent growth across international markets.
Founder of The Marcella Method, she has been curating and delivering immersive wellness retreats and corporate development experiences across Europe. Her programs combine nutrition, emotional intelligence, and resilience-building with organizational strategy—enabling leaders to perform at their best while fostering a culture of wellbeing.
Marcella has also served as a lecturer in nutrition and wellness at the Faculté Internationale d’Esthétique in Brussels and is co-author of “The Best Version of Me – Boosting my Wellbeing”, edited by Prof. Nick van Dam. She has lived and worked in the USA, lived in Africa, and collaborated with organizations in numerous European countries, giving her a broad intercultural perspective that informs her work.
She holds academic degrees in Communication and Foreign Languages (IULM – Milan) and Interpreting & Translation (Centro Masterly – Palermo), and is certified in Integrative Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, she is passionate about helping people lead with vitality, empathy, and intention.
